Why World Environment Day Matters

 

Each World Environment Day comes with a theme, and this year's is #BEATPLASTICPOLLUTION. 

According to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), over 11 million tons of plastic end up in the ocean every year, threatening marine life and food chains.

That not only affects the wildlife around us, but our lives too. 

With that in mind, World Environment Day is here to allow governments, businesses, and individuals to take action. 

From local clean-ups to global policy changes, there’s still a lot to be done. It’s a reminder that we all have a role in building a more sustainable future!

Our Hypochlorous Acid Face Spray comes in packaging made from 35% prevented ocean plastic—recycled material that would have otherwise ended up polluting our oceans.

 

 

This packaging supports our efforts to stop plastic waste before it reaches marine ecosystems. This helps to protect wildlife and reduce pollution at the source.

 

Hypochlorous acid is naturally occurring in the body and works as an effective, skin-soothing mist that hydrates and refreshes—perfect for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

 

🌿 Sustainable Skincare: Azelaic Acid Cream, Niacinamide Serum & Retinol Serum

 

We’ve also made conscious choices for some of our newly released skincare. 

 

Our Azelaic Acid Cream, Niacinamide Serum, and Retinol Serum are all packaged in 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. 

 

 

 

 

PCR plastic is made from previously used and recycled materials, reducing the demand for virgin plastic and lowering our carbon footprint.
